    Our client is American famous company. It is a premier diversified industrial manufacturer. A few of their notable customers: BOEING, SHELL, VOLVO, GM, AIRBUS, EXXON, INGERSOLL RAND, DIMIER CHRYSLER, FORD, JOHNDEER, BR, LAND ROVER, etc. Their customers are in more than 125 countries. They have more than 61,000 employees worldwide.

    For one of their manufacturing plants in Jining, Shandong Province, there is a vacancy for Process Manager.
    1. Key Responsibilities
    -Design, develop, evaluate, improve and standardize manufacturing processes and systems.
    -Develop measurable to monitor process performance. Constantly monitor existing processes and drive continuous improvements.
    -Reduce process variability using QOS and problem solving techniques.
    -Initiate studies of capital equipment requirements based on capacity studies and new product lines. Manage capital expenditure to meet established budget and timing.
    -Forecast and manage departmental expenses and capital to meet and beat plan.
    -Initiate manufacturing cost estimates on engineering changes, product modifications and new products.
    -Direct and coordinate the development and maintenance of accurate work standards.
    -Develop and maintain key processes with strict adherence to ISO and safety standards.
    -Understand the EBS and drive the applicable elements through the organization.
    -Work closely with production and quality functions on problem solving activities for customer and internal issues.
    -Supervise, motivate and develop engineers and technicians in the Engineering and Facility Departments. Build a high performance culture in the organization.
    -Ensure accurate BOMs and routings.
    -Act as a strategic business partner in formulating plant strategy and driving actions to meet the goals.
    -Work with customers as needed on quality issues and business development.
    2. Candidate Requirements
    -Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Masters in Engineering or Business will be an added advantage.
    -Has about 10 years of working experience.
    -Understanding in EBE, ELSS, Six Sigma, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, Problem Solving Management experience in a Production environment.
    -Project Management Skills.
    -Computer literacy Skills.
    -Leadership Qualities.
    -Seasoned knowledge of engineering principles and practices and extensive experience of technologies used in company projects, with managerial ability to plan, conduct and supervise major projects.
    -Management skills in supervising, motivating and developing engineers/technicians.
    -Team Player with ability to work with employees at all levels: operators, engineers, peers within our client.
    -Leadership Competencies.
